English/Language Arts

Our goal, as the English Department, is to ensure that all students receive high quality,

standards-based literacy instruction in grades 9-12 by teaching to and through the

strengths of students that will prepare students academically and socially to meet the

challenges of a global society. 

We aim to sharpen their ability toread, write, speak, and listen.
