Personal Electronic Device Policy
During the school day:
Cell phones and all personal electronic devices must:
- Be powered off
- Be out of sight
- Not be used during instruction
- Not be used during lunch
- Only be used when authorized by school administration
If a device is used in violation of APS policy:
- Staff members may confiscate phones or personal electronic devices.
- Students who refuse to surrender a device may be referred to administration for additional disciplinary consequences.
- APS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged devices.
